Ikija Care is interested in hearing from people who communicate clearly, work reliably and understand the importance of professional boundaries. Our work includes housing-related support for adults with varied needs, including people referred by probation services who are rebuilding their lives in the community.

What the role may involve

• Supporting people to build routines, maintain their accommodation and complete agreed welfare check-ins.
• Encouraging independence and community participation, with practical help around appointments or everyday essentials where included in the agreed arrangement.
• Working constructively with colleagues, probation and other partner professionals.
• Recording and sharing relevant information appropriately, within agreed boundaries and information-sharing arrangements.
