Supported accommodation
A stable home environment, with help to understand tenancy responsibilities and maintain a settled living space.
Explore accommodation ↗We provide supported accommodation and practical, non-regulated floating support to help adults build stability, confidence and independence in the community.

Welcome to Ikija Care Ltd. We support adults with a range of needs, including mental health needs, learning disabilities and complex needs, to live as independently as possible in the community. We work with local authorities, healthcare professionals, probation services and wider support networks.
Our focus is non-regulated housing-related support: helping people sustain their accommodation, build routines, attend appointments and connect with relevant services. We welcome direct referrals from probation services and work with adults who are preparing to leave custody or rebuilding their lives in the community, subject to accommodation availability and individual suitability.
Our team aims to provide safe, respectful and outcome-focused support. We promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion while maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding and appropriate professional boundaries.

How we work ↗Ikija Care is not CQC-registered and is not the landlord. Accommodation is provided by the relevant landlord or accommodation provider; our role is non-regulated housing-related support. We do not provide personal care, clinical treatment, medication administration or 24-hour care. Our sister company, Primrose Care Bexley, operates separately and may provide regulated care services.
We work with referral partners to consider whether a property and support arrangement may be suitable for each person.

We welcome direct referrals from probation services, local authorities and other professionals for adults who need accommodation and practical support as they resettle in the community. Each referral is considered individually; availability, safety, support needs and the person’s goals all inform whether an arrangement may be suitable.
Start a referral ↗Share the person’s housing needs, goals, relevant risks and existing support arrangements through an appropriate referral route.
We discuss accommodation, tenancy support, practical reintegration goals and any needs that require another service or specialist provider.
If the arrangement may be suitable, we agree practical next steps with the person and relevant partners. Ikija Care does not provide probation supervision or regulated care.
We are seeking funding and partners to develop optional learning opportunities for adults we support, including digital skills and preparation for work.
We’re interested in hearing from people who treat others with respect, communicate clearly and understand the importance of safe, professional boundaries.
